We use Nero for two main things, to build DVDs as well as Recode Media along with other formats. Looking for the Nero Company as time passes, this 2015 version is not but another feed-me ploy in which the company promises plenty of new features which are useless while failing to bring us extra features that would sometimes be practical and helpful. Dont buy Nero, their product support is non existent unless you are ready to pay their 1.25 a second consulting fee. They do employ a web based support form, bur after filling against each other - IT WONT SEND. And if you are trying to call their telephone number, you cant talk to your person until AFTER you enter you charge card number.

Hello, everyone, and many thanks reading the review. Im a long-time Nero user/attempted user/sucker several years, and have absolutely come to the unhappy conclusion that no-one should buy Nero software anymore. Heres why:
1 Crash and Burn. Or should that be Crash and Not Burn? Nero is notorious for crashing before it burns your Blu-Ray, to get a litany of reasons that defy explanation. This happens although your computer quite simply choose:
2 Technical Support. There is none. That is, there isn't any USEFUL tech support. The answers you happen to be given by Nero vary from these:
a We have no idea what youre speaking about; why, everyone ELSE are capable of doing it!
b Have you upgraded your software/downloaded the patches/reinstalled the software/seen a witch doctor?
c Please undergo these 37 steps which are poorly explained and useless, and well send you an email in a few either answer a or b.
3 Known Issues Are Never Addressed or Solved. One that pops into your head immediately will be the sound issue. Just bought this solely for your purpose of playing Blu-ray discs on my own laptop which carries a built-in BD-ROM drive. It simply isn't going to work. I googled somewhat and found that I am only one one with trouble. I followed the treatment outlined from the Nero support forum and sent Nero support every piece of information requested. Waiting for any response. Will update my review because this progresses.

Update: Just downloaded CyberLink PowerDVD 14 and AnyMP4 Blu-ray Player, both on trial offer. Both worked like a charm on my small laptop. This means that there are few things wrong/special whatsoever with my laptop and my setup. It is just Nero! This is getting really disappointing now. Still waiting for just a response from Neros support.

NERO 2015 will not likely install with a Dell computer running Microsoft Windows Ultimate Version 7.0 operating updates installed. The update fails while using Installation Wizard Failed error message. The installation was interrupted before NERO 2015 may very well be completely installed.

1. Запустить Nero PlatinumHD- 11.2.00700, серийный номер не менять.
2. После установки триал-версии, nero запросит ввести серийный номер. Берём его из прилагаемого файла Serial.
3. Откроется окно, где будет предложено добавить дополнительные компоненты Nero Video и другие - отказаться.

В моём случае почему-то файлы докачались только с 3-ей попытки пробовал и Bittorent и Utorrent, докачивалось до 94, 3 и дальше ни шагу. Во вреимя установки постоянно выдавал ошибку. В общем не поставилась программа. Это первый подобный случай за всё время пользования Торрентом, причём причина для меня осталась загадкой.
Может антивирусная программа не пропускала папку -iOTA?
Win 7 Ultimate x64 - патч не устанавливается, выдает ошибку Версия этого файла несовместима с данной версией Windows. Запускал с правами админа, пробовал разные режимы совместимости - без толку. Что делать?
Кто установил эту версию, подскажите, в приложении NERO VIDEO. при записи на диск, в режиме изменяемый DVD привод выбрасывает диск в конце записи или нет, в
v11.2.00900 он не выбрасывается, очень неудобно. Не хочется четвертый раз переустанавливать автор тот же. Или. кто знает как решить эту проблему, подскажите, пожалуйста.

После записи выезжает лоток вместе с диском - автоматически.
