Supposed to be user friendly. It just isn't. Had it working together with Windows XP coupled with to buy a whole new version for Windows 7. It can not work so I am incapable of make changes to my website therefore I have to find a fresh program that may work purchase that.

I created a whole website, proved OK but I couldnt upload it into my MS OfficeLive domain. The Office people declared the website wasnt designed well to ensure all the pages were connected, etc. Anyway, I tried get in touch with Customer Service about 6 times no one bothered to even acknowledge me. I guess because I didnt spend on the download. I had deleted my other site together with to rebuild it.

Each time I have had problems over time with a web site or project, NOF would always begin off blaming me or Microsoft MS Master Slave is always a great excuse I would zip this and they too can be at a lost as to the reasons things did what they have to did
Now uninstalling my OS so a course will maybe work? This is really a new computer using a fresh start. No other version of NOF anywhere being found. If only we can easily have moved a few clients far from NOF we might never again have to endure it.
Well my rant is finished. Up forever and I am sure this just isn't sounding good but I do feel good ranting regarding it and warning others to find a greater solution Word Press, hard coding or Dreamweaver but never NOF again

This is really a decent product but gives you some issues still. I have used Netobjects current version and also the previous four versions too.
I still get errors from te to some time to then get kicked out on the program. At least this version will not lose my images when this occurs. One template in the old version still within the new version has banners which don't display the writing. The new versions will not really have any significant features above the previous version.

This Latest Greatest Upgraded NetObjects Fusion 2013 Really Suck Bad and So Does Customer Service! This Latest Version has Too Many Issues Dont Waist your MONEY or maybe your TIME. Customer Service will take up to 2 weeks before you get a response. Ive had the identical issue for upwards of three months and my Customer Support Rep. keeps asking me the identical questions when your just a another number! Had been utilizing a 2009 version then wanted the modern version to go with a whole new desktop. This product has never worked since I loaded it. It did import my desired content from my old computer but once open, it crashed whenever I tried to simply click a page icon to make sure that that it had properly imported. Emails to support services are a total waste. Save your money. Find another software maker that truly makes a great product and study customer reviews on sites this way or CNET prior to plunk down your hard-earned money. I could have just lit a match for the money I invested in this worthless little bit of trash.

My websites at the moment are a mess. Everything is corrupted, such as the backups. This might be the single worst software experience our company has ever endured. We used all vers of NOF coupled with problems over time with crashes, data loss and corruption. Now NOF takes it to your NEW and disgusting level. There is NO tech support to dicuss of and its particular like the Wild West. If your job or maybe your company depends upon solid software RUN dont walk AWAY from this DISASTER waiting that occur. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE - WARNING!!!

Advertized as convenient to use by those lacking programming knowledge. Ive used Microsoft Publisher for 20 years without the need of problems but needed a different program because upgrades had problems. Ive been taking care of redoing my web pages for any month with Fusion. It is totally confusing, nothing is easily obtainable, you must look for hours to understand how to change something or add something. The user manual would be the worst I have ever read for anything anywhere at any time! I would not recommend quite sure to anyone who wasn't an expert in website development. Im gradually learning but I personally feel as if I threw away the cash I spent on the program. Im sure you'll find far better programs available to the same or less overall.
I finally managed to acquire all my pages designed capable to upload. No go! The pages won't upload! The software tells me it wouldn't connect using the server. I tried having a separate FTP program but it really uploaded a lot of crap that included practically everything from the program however it did not upload the file. I would want to email or call support but you know what? There is no support! Not on the web site or any place else. No e-mail us button, no troubleshooting files, nothing. This may be the worst software package of any kind that I have ever purchased. And, needless to say, there is no approach to get a reimbursement or file a complaint. DONT BUY THIS PROGRAM!

Ive been using NOF since version 1. Ive limped together with all kind of issues and Im sitting and securing NOF 11. At that time in their first released, it surpassed Front Page. The biggest complaint I have aside for releases which may have not been tested and seem a lot more like beta versions than versions that needs to be sold, will be the LACK OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT! When you employ a buggy program, the bare minimum a company have to do is provide phone support. Their email support does NOT accommodate the requirements a small business that needs same day service. It takes days even WEEKS to receive a response from other email support and many frustrating is usually time, they ask that you simply question that youve already addressed and after that it takes WEEKS for many years to respond for the issues using the dream a solution exists. I have a very copy of NOF 13 but I am nervous about migrating my current websites for it for fear Ill spend weeks doing of working across the bugs rather than getting appropriate level of tech support team. The learning curve is less daunting compared to the LACK OF SUPPORT!!! I even wrote their CEO through Facebook and the man never responded. He doesnt strike me like a CEO that really cares about anything more than pumping out new versions with all the hope customers dont care how functional it truly is. He has to care about his customers who count on his program and expect he worry about supporting his products.
