I didnt include any custom, whatever you have would be the stock file. I havent seen whole body before, perhaps try tweaking the settings in 3DSetup to see if it yield any improvements.

I also copied over some edited sim files and saves from my pervious installation i used to be using once this game was released XD. It had the 2008 mod, which proved helpful, but didnt solve the lower res texture problem.
