A couple weeks ago it crashed again and I uninstalled it. When I aimed to reinstall it I got a note that I needed to chat with a technician! Somebody in India then explained that I needed to allow him to take handy remote control to reinstall Norton?! When I refused he laughed and said that I seemed to have malware in my computer. I dont observe how he would have known. Apparently in case you cede control they'll find the herpes simplex virus and then charge 99 to completely clean it. Very dubious behaviour
