Upgraded to 2011 because I was relayed through Apple Store folks that it would play better with Mavericks and that it could sync Outlook with Ical and Contacts. Microsoft literature confirmed that. It turns out that in Mavericks Apple switched off the sync functions to get it work with Outlook. The upgrade would be a total waste of capital. I could have kept my previous 2008 version.

It crashes constantly and I must reinstall. Technical support can be a nightmare experience, the way it has been to the last five-years. I am going returning to using the free Open Office products.

It appears to be impossible to download. Amazon sends me to Microsoft, even so the Microsoft website has sent me by using an endless security loop of resetting my password that won't seem to work.
