Bought Office for Mac nearly a year ago, and everythings fine and dandy until MS, rolling around in its relentless wisdom, chosen to update. In the current version of Powerpoint, everytime you hit the return key, you're sent into Presentation Mode. Ive searched and searched, and apparently there is absolutely no fix. I am now migrating to Keynote, however it has its own hangups, and I wish to be capable of use this product I purchased!!

The link offered by amazon to penetrate the key code didnt work - - It was for entering Office 2013 for PC. I got a mistake. Had to create an account with Microsoft and chatted that has a tech. Tech provided me with another link, which appeared correct, because doing so said it was for Office for Mac. But I got a blunder that the main element code was invalid. When I attemptedto report back for the tech, who has been waiting from the chat room, my reply to her wouldnt SEND. The screen just sat there, even though I shortened what it's all about. There was a button for the screen to hold the tech call me back. When I pressed that button, it worked and I gave my number. Now, Im looking forward to a call back. What a lot of nonsense - - and I do not have time for doing this.
Amazon would need to get this straightened out with Microsoft, if they're going to keep selling Microsoft products. I will report back the effects.

I bought my first Apple iMac a couple of months ago-thought we would make the switch based about the Microsoft 8. Figured if I were required to learn new things, I should probably turn to Apple and acquire something which has a proven rating and my friends were raving about. Low rating has nothing to so using the SW, it could be the installation. I spent an entirely afternoon attempting to download and install. I wouldn't have my password and was required to get a another one. I was required to wait for emails or Text messages being sent with special confirmation numbers. When I finally got the telephone number the install had timed out. Then when you get on number in time you have to acquire a mother for confirmation. Same problem. I finally found a well used disc and installed the SW that old fashion way. Worked fine. Apple are going to be in my future, FOR SURE!

Microsoft sellers misrepresented this device despite my detailed questions. Tech staff delayed their responses until the merchandise could stop returned. Based in this little experience, I wont be investing in a Microsoft product in the near future. Suggestion? Dont buy something unless you have advanced level of knowledge, expertise within the product. If you should eat with him or her, employ a very, very, extended spoon, to be a good friend of mine says.

The software does what it would need to do. the one major complaint that I have is that around the Mac version. the startup loading is incredibly slow. frequently when I close this system it actually freezes. I always need to force quit this course in order to properly close it. really its great for what really should do

I was advised within an on-line technical Chat session to get Microsoft Office Mac Home Student to change my e-mail software and retrieve my mail messages. The Microsoft Office Mac Home Student software that I bought in Amazon failed to include the e-mail component which has been the primary purpose for choosing the suite. I thought the suite included Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Entourage or comparable e-mail for MAC. I also thought I was also obtaining a CD. Instead, I was given a code for downloading it, which didn't work. I contacted Apple tech support on-line for assistance and was advised that because I purchased the application from a other vendor Amazon, Apple can't assist inside download. I was also told which the origin of it was an out-of-country source having a code that wasn't compatible for in-country downloading. It was then that I was told that the program also didn't include the e-mail component in the suite. Total loss.
