I had the identical problem!! I just got Windows 7 and HATE Windows Live Mail Qwest just CHANGED their email program into a Web-based one who I dislike MORE! CAN I download Outlook 2007 for the reason that New Qwest email program IS compatible. Please help!

I ran into this issue with the selection being greyed out. We went over to a communication archiving system that required us to get in all our users old Archive PST files. I wrote an order that copied any files on the users machine on log off. Forgetting about the IMAP accounts which use PST files. The solution is merely to eliminate the IMAP account and set it back.
