Ok I think I found the challenge.
It will undoubtedly work should you DO NOT MOVE the Outlook datafile to the email box. I had moved rid of it my OS drive, onto another drive. When I moved it back, it truly does work, move it again, it eradicated. Repeated several times using the same result.
1. Copy PST file to NEW location
3. Delete PST file from CURRENT location.
4. Double-Click the email inside the Mail 32 bit - Data Files tab

I ran into this concern of the choices being greyed out. We went over to an e-mail archiving system that required us to get in all our users old Archive PST files. I wrote an order that copied any files from your users machine on log off. Forgetting about the IMAP accounts this use PST files. The solution is merely to remove the IMAP account and place it back.
