I possess a legit copy plus they spam me with ads every now and then. Not that annoying similar to when you only pay for Hulu Plus and have absolutely to watch commercials. Parallels provides improvement over Fusion which I own also so I deal with all the ads. The one thing I dislike could be the annual updates where all they add is compatibility with all the new OSX doesnt bleed us like Parallels does.
