The Kindle will can be found in the dialog together with the name you assigned into it when you first registered it.

I imported a PDF into mobipocket creator also it converted it to a subfolder. however, there are no files extension. The kindle can't see any in the files which are created. So what good is?
Craig were able to resolve this.
Step 1: Import a pdf file into mobipocket creator.
Step 2: USe the Build button/feature to make the actual book.

I tried the conversions using both Stanza along with the Amazon service. If the pdfs are heavily formatted they are certainly not going to be effective that well. I employ a bunch of development books I purchased in pdf and they are incredibly difficult to read for the kindle. Formatting is off along with the TOC doesn t work and in many cases isn't properly aligned. I am likely to keep trying. My overall impression is until this is only good as being a last resort. If the books you need are for sale in the kindle format, up to I hate to suggest it, re-purchase them!
brf123 if you say development books, i reckon that you would mean IT related. are these claims correct. what i desired to know how to your pdf convert. is he or she ok to study or is he useless. TIA
Sunjay Kindle now supports PDF natively. Books look fine. The small size on the screen means you ll need to read them in landscape mode. See this Kindle PDF post for details.
