Happy while using product. Ive been a Calendar Creator user since 1990. This version is as an easy task to use since the previous versions and accepted my database. Having had and used previous versions of Calendar Creator, I was glad to determine a new edition. I bought this from office Max so when I attached to my XP computer, it corrupted a number of files in this little Calendar Creator 12.0 version. I was hoping that it new version would've updated event lists making sure that moon phases and holidays could be updated to alter dates. Installation went all right, even so the program wouldn't normally open. Instead, i obtain a notification of an problem with all the configuration file. I uninstalled and installed again. Same problem. Then I uninstalled again and attemptedto open up my current Calender Creator 12.0 version and yes it was now corrupted. But, thankfully it wanted my install disc to recoup a missing file. I used my 12.0 disc to get better my old program. I then called the customer support number and after standing on hold more than 20 minutes I hung up and accessed their site. I sent an inquiry listing the condition that I encountered and waited a few days for response. None received. I sent another inquiry nevertheless nothing. I purchased the product on Nov 2 and to the present day, Nov 24, I have not had the courtesy of any response using this company and after looking at other comments with regards to the bad response experienced with this company, I can claim that you could be foolish to purchase the product and expect any type of support, It is just not available.

Im sorry I purchased this item. I had used a classic version of Calendar Creator that failed to transfer to my new computer so assumed a different version will be as useful because old one. I have found it being totally frustrating make use of. Our small enterprise has used multiple versions of Calendar Creator since 1995 and been very pleased with them, but this program is often a disaster. We purchased it from a place of work supply store in May 2010 and still have had just problems. In particular, this course crashes anytime I attempt to utilize the program while viewing the big event list. I contacted Broderbund the earlier software developer and after five to six weeks of sending emails forward and backward, uninstalling and reinstalling this software multiple times, updating drivers, etc., etc., they finally threw up their hands and said that they had no solution with the problem. When Encore took over this system, I contacted them thrice asking for help and don't received the courtesy of the response. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION!!!

no help files, cant hardly delete files, cumbersome to work with, no written for users
Not sure yet the way it doesnt come having a written user manual. Have to go to your help menu and that means it is hard to learn. Learning from scratch just isn't easy. Read more
