I tried employing this program to rotate a picture more precisely than possible with my scanner software. The imaged it produced was pixilated crap. I probably have something wrong I MUST be. but I have owned Pub. for many years, several versions in the past. I have a monthly task of making a 1 page ad with high-res images, and my first attempts with all the 2013 are just WAY too slow. Even if I compress the pictures, it requires upwards of 5 minutes only to re-position a perception with stuttering delays, and extremely slow loading/formatting. - I have been repeating this same monthly job for 3 years using two different versions of Pub. Never possessing this issue.

I have Publisher 2010 and enjoyed it.
This upgraded without problem, nevertheless you would like I have a 20 years old computer the way this software runs. Everything you do, still your mouse to clicking control button, incorporates a delay of just one to several seconds. Its virtually unusable. I thought maybe there was a challenge with my machine, as I was developing a few other issues in other programs, so I re-formatted and did a clean install of all things from the os up. Did it help? Nope. I am managing a Core i7 processor with 6 GB of RAM within a 64 bit environment. No other program, including Publisher 2010 which I re-installed and from now on use has this issue. Id love my a refund.

I teach yearbook and I purchased Publisher 2013 to operate on my schools yearbook while in your house. Little did I know that it must be so slow and laggy with pictures that it's completely unusable. At my school we have now publisher 2007 which works perfectly fine together with the exact same files and my computer is quite a bit better than the cheaper machines that people use in class. Now I still need to work within the yearbook at high school and Im out nearly 100. Thanks for nothing Microsoft.

I been employed with Publisher 2007 and Microsoft Office products for years and have absolutely always been satisfied with all the product. I downloaded this whenever we bought a new computer. There has never been I mean NEVER a period that while I was working in this little weekly project that it hasnt crashed. It fights and if I dont don't forget to save each time Ive designed a change, the data is lost. I have searched their help information and in many cases posted the issues on their blog, with no success.
I cannot feel that Microsoft take their name on this system. I am very disappointed all of which will hesitate inside the future to get Microsoft Office products.

Other downloads for software have gone smoothly but this installation is horrible. I ought to contact Microsoft and achieving someone who is capable of doing something inside a reasonable time-frame if disgusting. I have spent countless hours during a busy time looking to get the software program I needed for just a publication for the retreat. I had to accomplish otherwise because I couldn't load it. This week, I had a household reunion postcard that was trapped in my previous version of publisher with a different computer, so I could hardly access it and had to try and do the entire thing once again. I had the retreat after which easter break and also have not had time for it to spend hours with Microsoft. I contacted them again yesterday by email and said I needed help resolving this issue. I was available after 6 eastern time. I have heard nothing from their website. I am totally, totally stressed and disgusted on this whole thing. I cannot get my cash back from Amazon and I cannot get help inside a timely fashion with Microsoft. I am not satisfied at the moment. Mary Evans

We used Publisher for decades in our office. I purchased this version just as one update on Windows 8. The main reason I use Publisher is always to convert our newsletters and bulletins format in order to use on web. That feature has stopped being available since Publisher 2010 as I learned. If you desire to convert find something else entirely.

Over many years Ive used many versions of MS Publisher and try to loved it. The 2013 version however is disappointing. There are many, many gripes I have on this version. I particularly dont like wanting to change any picture; with Publisher 2003 you simply double clicked it plus it took you directly to a last directory you used, click on the new picture so you were done. With Publisher 2013 you might have to right click the photo, select change picture, select change picture again, select browse and force it to search your local directory, choose the new picture then without asking it puts a copy in the old picture off page and zooms out of the house to whole page view with both old and new pictures selected. Terrible! What had been quick is currently slow and laborious. Youll find yourself continuously zooming in to adjust the image you were focusing on. There are no options to shut off this awful feature off. I honestly regret purchasing this version of Publisher.
