One other thing i noticed with 4.6.17 was that AFTER cancelling the 50 auto-updates i told it to never download in the primary place, it then procedes download a few Telstra apps, then one or two other apps i had inside the past gotten reduce as useless and naggy. My wife as well as kids share my account and we only must purchase apps once but it means when my daughter tries 50 different One Direction apps daily or my son tries 50 different Slipnote wallpapers daily I can no more quickly remove that garbage to possess a clean list. Actually it is just not delete. By delete I think you mean uninstall. It was only remove the installed app on the installed list. But it can be useful if Google make something similar to select multiple to delete/uninstall apps in Settings - Apps. We can you should not depend on 3rd party app to accomplish this action.

I think you've AdBlocker installed. Without them, even these have shitload of ads and confusing Download buttons everywhere. I like ZippyShare because doing so gives the highest data transfer rate among the free file hosts ATM.
Yeah, they've some ads, but none ones have ever started downloading apks or redirected me into a game or some other site. started performing it, and then we dropped them, as an example. Alright so I Installed the newest Play Store. Now everytime I open Play Store it gives me a No Connection error. Any ideas?
My Note 3 is issues using this update. Once sideloaded when opening the app I repeatedly obtain a Connection timed out error. Restart phone, no change. Cleared Cache, no change. Cleared Data, no change. Uninstalled Updates, works again. I update other apps, install the GoPro app, all works ok. I reinstall the newest Play Store APK and I have the same Connection timed out error. Oh well, guess Ill ought to wait till the state run roll out.

I am glad that I am not alone with this particular annoying problem. But I think that it truly is probably linked to an old Android version I am using. I have Samsung Galaxy Note II with stock ROM 4.1.2. When I need to re-fetch any missing app icon I just shift this list a little bit up or down to have such an app with missing icon beyond visible portion of list after which shift their email list back and icon is fetched anytime. On another hand, users that fell victim to the scam may need to look at moving to Apples iOS platform or Windows mobile. It is absolutely egregious that Google allows numerous scams such as this to exist within the Play Store. The sad thing is which the people who fell victim to this particular scam actually paid to the software which can be necessary to the Android platform to build. Despite the large volume of users using Android only a few developers are generating money. This will not speak well to the future on the platform.

Actually the dev wouldve made no cash. Developers get paid around the 15th of the month. No doubt Google have restricted payments through the merchant account. If the dev got their timing right yes they wouldve got the funds.

I think Google Play should use a user based security/quality system, if let's imagine over 50% of men and women report that app is: fake, non functional, scam like with this case, or even a clone of some other app. This might be done by scanning an individual comments I believe, then Google should consider the app, and bring it down if needed.

It seems in my opinion that confident and honest developers will be willing to wait, say 5 days, for actual payment. It would also possibly simplify the present arrangements for refunds on Google Play. Under review gets the same function as a different permission - it blocks auto update until the person gives specific permission.
By how, Google should clear its app permissions system - easy click-through to plain language descriptions of the items an app may do with each permission. Its so confusing that I am now regularly uninstalling banking and also other apps because I dont determine what theyre asking me for.
