не знаю связана она с этим или нет, удалил плагин Element 3D, и после этого установил Optical Flares,
и вернул Element 3D, получилось. Теперь присоединился к ребятам, та же проблема.

Установил дрова видео карты новые, обновил АЕ, а окно всё такое же.
Давайте подумаем в другом направлении. Что собственно происходит при нажатии кнопки Options?
Открывается окно, где подгружаются все текстуры и пресеты.
и удалите оттуда вообще все папки и файлы, чтобы было пусто. После этого попробуйте зайти в АЕ и нажать кнопку Options.
Отпишитесь о результате.
Без этих папок опшинс сработал нормально, открылось, можно даже в базовом варианте редактировать
Так вот теперь понемножку подбрасывайте папки с пресетами, дабы понять, что именно вам портит загрузку. У себя я проверить не могу, потому что у меня все отлично работает с первого раза.
