Very True! I had issues 36 months ago, though i would personally try again, even upgrading towards the top version but still a giant pain! They give you tokens and activations codes galore, they seem not to correspond or work. I cant understand this thing using a second machine Im allowed 3 just to save my life. Being told I already used my token. You have to start a membership to have support and begin support tickets. I have been a specialist photographer for upwards of 15 years.
