If you've PE 12 Dont waste your cash on PE 13. Im glad I read this review before I went ahead and purchased Adobes PE 10. Im currently using Corels latest PaintShop Pro X4 and VideoStudio Pro X4 and because of the small amount of glitches and crashes Ive discover, I think Ill follow Corel. However, I always have this recurring question about software updates and upgrades: Why cant they set things right before releasing it???
