Thank you Angeliaholt and many types of the others who submitted these reviews. I got version 23 many years back when Frys had rebates that got almost free. I never used it much and didnt reload it when I switched onto Windows 7. Nova has become sending me provides upgrade to version 25 for 19. What I read here makes me think Nova is really a company that doesnt love its users. I dont want to pay anything for software which is just a headache. Ill cling on to my 19. Thanks for the warnings.

Youd think, in this particular day and age, which a company can be wise and be sure that their stuff resolved of box. Not so with PrintArtist. Didnt see all of the bad reviews on Amazon, , and elsewhere and bought at Best Buy. Best Buy can claim it doesn't take back software, but theyre planning to take this place back- doesnt even remotely meet warranty of merchantability which suggests they HAVE to get it back. In our case, it did the first page in the newsletter decently- but once you added the 2nd page, it planned to crash plus the saved file would crash it at the same time. Not only that, it had odd notions of the lot of things. When Sierra had this, it turned out serviceable as well as the price it had been an option/choice for most. Now that Nova Developement has it, I guess its traveled to hell in a very handbasket- if it is the quality of product and support services that Nova Development wont touch ANYTHING using logo within the box.

Very poor search index. Has general searches including for birthday, etc. and further broken down including for wife, for daughter, son, special friend etc. But no search capability for easy things for instance old man, women, dinosaur, etc. and that is really helpful once you have a card design under consideration. The tricks tools for editing pictures and text are very cumbersome. Not capable of producing vertical text minus the text orientation changing at the same time which I could have thought will be pretty basic for this kind of software.
This software falls far lacking an old version of PrintMaster that I used before, but I believe they've gone backwards also. This supposedly was rated the most effective, in order that speaks poorly of graphics software offered to casual users.

Crashes constantly. Very unstable. Almost always crashes when I seek to save and all saved files are corrupt. I also was dissapointed while using cheesy clipart, very 1990s. While seeking a patch I found many posts using the same problems.
Dont waste your cash. When trying to have help from support there have been lots of people posting a similar problems and they also were all answered together with the same script. Basically proclaiming that they were not aware of any problems using the program also it must be a gamers opperating system.I tried running it on another system using the same unstable results.
