When I upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 I found framework 1.1 which Print Shop 23 requires was no more supported. In desperation, regardless of the horrible reviews on Amazon, I bought Print Shop 3.5 since it claimed limited import capability for my old files. To my pleasant surprise the comments are filled with problem reports of failed installations I was capable of download it and handle the installation flawlessly. It is pretty easy to utilize and has most not all on the features with the previous Print Shops. I do miss printed size feature where you may print a project over multiple pages. For my daughters school graduation a few years ago I printed her picture 10 feet high also it covered the side of the house to be with her graduation party. That was cool! It does supports text and graphic transparency which can be a nice feature.
The screen layout is different as it does in most version and feels similar to the newest Word with all the infamous ribbon. It does successfully import my Print Shop 23 projects in which I am very thankful. Often the formatting just isn't quite right as well as the pieces happen to be moved around, but it can be pretty easily fixable. For me the most important disappointment is printed quality. I used an old version of this on my own computer and was very happy with it. When Windows 8.1 was released, it not worked. It used framework 1 which is don't supported in Windows 8.1. Upon contacting Encore software, the course notes said to upgrade to a few.5 which had been compatible. I downloaded it and yes it never worked. I swapped e-mails with Encore and everything i was told that to do wouldn't make this course work. Now they wont answer my e-mails. Never again will I invest in this company. Because I bought a download, rather than cd version, I guess Im SOL.

Im very disappointed within this program. Its not like all the opposite Print Shop programs Ive used throughout the years. I find it hard to import anything along with the clip art about this program is terrible. I wouldnt use it by any means. I expected that it is like one other programs Ive used that you just simply click card, then size and type and its prepared to start. Importing was a breeze from anything or anywhere. Wish Id never purchased it. Now Im stuck using a program that doesnt a single thing I want it to.

What a horrible product! I run Windows 7 and after downloading the program it runs ok until I need to look at a file and thats if your problems begin. The whole program stops running and shut itself down. If you BUY this method you will REGRET in college it. Is there a ZERO STAR option here?!!!

I am be sure you artist and were required to get a new computer. I had been with all the Print Shop Deluxe 23.1 which I love! There was not really a download to the so I was required to purchase another Print Shop I went together with the 3.5 I can not do even half what I could do on the web shop 23.1. Every time I try to save lots of a bit of artwork it says too little memory try deleting several of your photos and after that it just crashes and I loose everything I have already been working on that can several hours to build. I am so unhappy with this particular product. Is Broderbund ever likely to have a downloadable version of 23.1 deluxe edition? I do hope so a few.5 version is certainly a disappointment. I should say my new computer does not employ a CD drive from it so I need to have a downloadable product. I will never recommend this system to anyone! And will probably be looking for something more usable. What a waste of capital!

I owned Printshop starting at about Sprintshop 19 I believe. All were upgrades but similar. This one is very totally diffferent, I have to study on scratch. I only put it to use when I should, not fun any longer. Since I have Windows 8.1 the prior versions didnt work.

I manipulate Print Shop for almost two decades, recently Print Shop 22. I ignored additional reviews and purchased these.5 version when I were required to upgrade my computer to Windows 8.1. I use my Print Shop creations daily for my company and I literally have 1000s of hours invested from it. I make use of it for business cards, brochures, product labels etc. The 3.5 version would be the worst software I have ever attempted to use and its nothing can beat the other Print Shop versions that are fantastic. It may not work with any one my old files. It wouldnt even load a whole project. I was about to make new labels on the.5 nevertheless it doesnt have the templates available plus it seems impossible to print a sheet of labels. The only thing I could manage is label per page, right within the middle from the paper. What Ive done is reinstalled my Print Shop 22 on my own Surface Pro 2 tablet Windows 8.1 and yes it WORKS!! I am so happy, that of a relief. I hate that I wasted the cash on the three.5 without while using the 22 first. Do your hair a favor, when you a Print Shop veteran - dont waste your money for this 3.5 garbage. I really are unsure what they were thinking after they released this. It is horrible. If youre new at all to Print Shop and cant use Print Shop 22 then I suggest going with some other Software altogether. Broderbund should FIX this and set Print Shop back the best way its meant to be, chances are they'll should give FREE upgrades to everyone of us who wasted our money for this 3.5 garbage.

I purchased this method about an hour ago thinking it might be like Print Shop 23. Boy, that of a bad mistake. It is hard to utilize, there's no help category, graphics do not have, Cant often import items from my old Print Shop Files. The only reason I upgraded to the version was that my older version has not been compatible with Windows 8.
This will probably be the final item I purchase from whole process almost company.
As it turned out a computer download from Amazon I dont even thing I can get yourself a refund. I also dont employ a disc to get rid of in frustration.

I saw one and right away thought we would send it back as it wasn t what I d ordered and I wasn t likely to take a chance on train wrecking web-sites after it had been to late for returns.
There s absolutely nowhere on Amazon s site where it says anything in regards to company name Smilebox being involved using this type of product. Yet, when I copied this to my computer this Smilebox was grinning from ear to ear at me from both my taskbar and my desktops screen. What the hell, was think about cross my thoughts!

I find this system confusing to make use of. I purchase The Print Shop for many years and still have always enjoyed it. But this one is really different. I will make use of it as my The Print Shop 23 won't work in Windows 8.1, that one does, but I do get a few glitches within it. I make all of my cards to a family event and friends upon it. It isnt bad, just changed a lot from Print Shop 23.

Ive used Broderbund Print Shop since 1990 with complete satisfaction. This version leaves the perimeters of print fonts slightly fuzzy and distorted. It is unusable!

Broderbund was previously an awesome company BUT they've already definitely gone lower the toilet!!! Program will NOT load AND there is NO customer support-NONE! They provide you with a phone number plus it warns you there is often a 30 minute wait, it's more like 45 minutes, then your reps are way too lazy to assist, say I will email an update and hang up! The update can not work, you might be faced with another long wait for the next lazy, incompetent jerk which is rude while offering nothing and won't give you a refund! I have bought Broderbund products to the last fifteen years, it has evolved for the worst! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY LOSING MONEY, AND DEALING WITH UNLESS JERKS ON THE PHONE!! WOW! I AM IN DISBELIEF!

I was disappointed within this product. I bought it due to oversize printing ability, however some other features situated on earlier versions are certainly not improved and are not just available. The open project menu comes with a choice to load projects produced by earlier versions, much less. I had not been able to spread out any of my projects put together by PrintShop 23.1. To add another headache I am not competent to print my projects. It does not just give you one message, it shuts down this system.

I had a mature version of Print Shop and I am completely love this new edition! The layout on the program is wonderful and all the updated graphics are awesome
returned it as it would not work in this little computer.
