Support Matt Moran will not seem to have any clue what-so-ever though he usually check the Amazon feedback telling website visitors to contact support whether they have a problem. Troubleshooting isn't going to seem to be component of support apparently. Things like please try again or It works personally are REALLY useless. I even send screenshots on the whole process only to be ignored from then on as apparently she has no idea what's incorrect. I even launched a new e-mail address and tried again to still come upon the same problem account e-mail address can't be found when you attempt to login.
If it really works for Matt I must be going after something wrong. But then help me out by using it and dont ignore my e-mails which are quite polite.

The Word export doesnt work by any means, the PDF format inserts errors that cant be edited and also the e-mail option crashes the whole program. Could not just activate it and took support 6 days to solve it. Finally got the app running, and I found it non-intuitive, difficult make use of. Examples are outdated and useless. E-mail export generates unfix-able errors, if it doesn't just crash this program altogether. Creates MS Word documents that is not e-mailed. A total waste of greenbacks. You could well be better off just using MS Word and setting up a resume yourself.

I bought a duplicate of this at Best Buy plus it was a waste of income. Most in the Exclusive Features it touts dont work, plus the 14000 resume samples are old and outdated. Poorly coded crap software.

I can not believe this useless, worthless and totally ridiculous program will be offered to innocent customers with a highly reputable firm like Amazon, com. Cannot save, print, copy, transfer, etc. Only get Run Time errors and yes it freezes up your entire computer. Only way out is usually to restart laptop. Totally useless; an extensive waste of capital and a shame. Who would believe something like this can be still being wanted to customers in 2012?

First off, it will take away the pain of making resumes that's a nice plus when looking for employment You still have to rewrite the resumes after while using templates to match your personal skills though. I also such as contact manager which I use rather a lot to make notes on the many places Ive contact.
The job search function won't work whatsoever. I went online with my browser and tested jobs like that.

I checked several resume software review sites before purchasing Resume Maker Professional and in addition they all ranked becoming the best available.
