I just purchased Roxio s Easy VHS to DVD today and was excited to get started on getting footage together. However, when I installed it following the insert card s instructions explicitly, I ve discovered that the USB capture device isn't being recognized by Windows. Also, I apologize if this sounds another repost in this problem: I ve used the search function within the forum determined topics that have been close, and not exact, to my issue.

I have look at the horror stories from reviews on the previous version in this software and am not serious about experiencing them top notch. I think if you will find programs in conflict by using it, how they should identify WHAT EXACTLY those programs are before I agree to uninstall them.
