I used MGI Photosuite products for a long time and am pleased and accustomed to it s format etc.
My new computer with Windows Visa will not likely accept my old Photosuite 4 Platinum version, and I desired to either download to mend it or buy the revolutionary version. However, I see that Roxio have got over MGI.
Can anybody figure out if the Roxio Photosuite is similar towards the MGI one, or will I should learn the Roxio version completely from scratch?

Roxio, the producer of EZ CD creator announced today that they're acquiring MGI Software, a manufacturer of popular video editing software. The combination with the two companies can establish a large new company with many different popular software products.
About 2.3 million shares of Roxio stock will probably be issued to stockholders of MGI on the close in the transaction, the offer is worth about 32.8 million.
