I bought this knife expecting a normal blade. Boy was I wrong! The Scandinavian grind about this bad boy makes this an exellent choice for just a beginners bush blade! I took it out inside local Alaskan woods and was shocked at being able to finesse its way through wood and throw a hot fireball of sparks using its 90 degree spine! The spine in the knife can be so sharp that I actually cut myself by it! Not complaining whatsoever though because I type of had it coming while wanting to scrape resin off it with my bare hands:

So before I get into your knife itself a bit back Ive been camping all of my life but because moving to Colorado a couple of years ago I have really got in to the bushcraft/survival/backpack/dispersed camping think of it as what you are going to. Now in regards to the blade Im not likely to say anything new here that hasnt been said in other reviews but anyways when I first picked up I actually loved the brand new added heft for the knife as well as the handle felt perfect inside the hand, wonderfully balanced at the same time and as sharp as my other moras I I liked the greater bushcraft style sheath goin slightly more in the handle too although Im thinking about making a leather sheath for On the sheath I such as the different selections for carry but in truth I wrapped mine in paracord for any dangle loop preferred or neck carry if I wanted. to get our practical a beefier blade. just what we got.
Definitely Moras beefiest knife up to now. I hate it when we get into specs, so Im not doing that,
you look that up yourself.
We finally have a very Mora, that I think just about anyone could agree, makes an excellent primary knife.
Honestly, I was perfectly fine while using smaller Moras as my primary rather than had any problems,
but it's nice to possess this larger, thicker blade. Some people might still bitch about this not being a complete tang, but from what I can tang does extend through most from the handle, that is injection molded plastic that aint breakin and aint going anywhere.
Mora put a great flat spine about this blade that would be amazing for making shavings, striking a ferrocium rod as well as striking with flint/quartz.
