The download worked fine, however the key code Amazon gave me hasn't been valid. I contacted Aspyr support, they provided me another code, still didn't work. The support people had me consider using a bunch of something more important, nothing worked. I was forced to uninstall the action and get reimbursement. Bottom line, the Aspyr software packages are horrible. Dont waste your time and efforts.

Loved playing Civ. III on my small old PC if it first was released in 2001. Was anxious about this download since Civ. IV and V have already been a disappointment if you ask me. Read the many reviews on Amazon indicating that men and women have had difficulty with keys and/or getting the overall game to run for their Mac. Went to to work with Mac Match to ensure that the action would run on my own mini 10.7.5, Intel Core i5, 2 cores, 2.3GHz, 4GB Memory, 500 GB HD, Intel Graphics 3000 384 MB. Not a powerful computer at all, but was thrilled to see every one of the green check marks and also the exuberant report: Will Run! Awesome! This game will definitely operated with your Mac mini. Nope. Despite three successive installs, I didnt even are able to find out if my key works. More like Civ. III Complete Waste of. I actually downloaded it from, but doubt purchasing from Amazon would've made a difference. Caveat emptor. I guess my plans for global domination will need to wait until I find a well used PC and dig out my original software.

A site named profiled my recent Macbook Air, and asserted that it specific title would run on my small computer. The site provided a certain link to Amazon here. Purchased, downloaded and installed the item per instructions.
Two hours later, no results whatsoever.

I want my money back for the non-functional product.
Doesnt work. Simple. I downloaded it, plus it doesnt work. It is empty. This is stealing. And I need to write at the least 18 words to submit.
It literally just doesnt work! I spent over twenty bucks thinking I was planning to play a vintage classic, and instead got a baffling selection of directions that within the end didnt result inside application actually working. I want my money-back! Im not happy!
Our Civ 3 disk died several years back and that we replaced it with Civ 4. While Civ 4 is fun, my son and I missed Civ 3 even as we thought it had been more fun and much more challenging than Civ 4. After reading many with the reviews here concerning problems with all the download, we hesitated getting the download. We need n't have hesitated as Civ 3 downloaded and not using a problem as well as the code furnished by Amazon worked. We have only played a little but the action seems to work perfectly.
Be forewarned which the graphics of Civ 3 usually are not up on the quality of Civ 4, the promotions for units are simpler and you will discover fewer unit types. On the plus side, the action flows faster, the maps are bigger plus more varied along with the naval units tend to be more useful. We prefer Civ 3 over Civ 4.
Looking to hours of distraction.
Was super excited to have farmville, got it, and began the download. The download went fine, however it absolutely WOULD NOT install in this little computer. All on the system requirements were met, the file just may not install properly. Customer Service was of no help and basically said tough luck. Do not waste your cash.

I really enjoy the game a lot nevertheless its tough together with the mac sometimes. cant develop the full screen and Ive gotten several errors. Have to do weird set up stuff anytime. Read more
Nice ego manage to play this in this little iMac. I just wish some in the scenarios included with this version were accessible in later versions.

Does not assist Mac book air. Great game though - just needs an update to use newer os's.

This product generally seems to only focus on Macs running G5 or G4 processors. Intel Macs wont run the offer. They should have elected this clear. At least I got a reimbursement.

NO appear I do it's going to not downlaod and Amazon sucks because there is no support to assist. I just threw money away to get a game that I can do nothing at all with.

It downloaded fine and I had no problem together with the codes but the experience will not work. whenever i click on the civ 3 icon it unexpectantly crashes and tells me to send one report.
