I, personally, am still hoping to get a resolution using a problem starting at the begining of 2012. I dont think this is suitable for Windows 8.1. There was not a way to open the files plus the error message stated it we had not properly downloaded along with the link to iTunes who's directed me to for an additional app that will enable file opening has not been for Windows 8.1.
