Platinum 2016 during my windows 10 system, with new compatible Hauppauge Tuner unit and driver, will never allow me to configure the TV tuner. So no channel search possible. I have uninstalled and clean reinstalled but Capture will not likely work. Nero are steadfastly NOT RESPONDING.
