I was then very disappointed, because Nero2015 Classic will not play blue discs. The

Nero Blue Ray Player is roofed in Nero 2015 Classic, but once I tried to work with it, the Nero software said to buy the platinum upgrade for 55.00 being able to utilize Nero Blue Ray player. I did not see why I would must pay another fee to Nero to get a function I have already purchased. I found this unacceptable and wrote to Nero Customer Service describing my issue and asking for any FREE blue ray dvd player software or possibly a free Platinum upgrade. Today December 3rd, 2015, Nero Customer Service replied for me and emailed me a free license with the Platinum version. That would be good, during my first exitement about the customer care friendlyness I then even purchased a second copy of NERO2015platinum at AMAZON. However, even from the platinum application the Blu Ray player isn't going to function properly. See my continued have trouible with NERO inside my review of NERO2015 Platinum at AMAZON. I am overall extremely disappointed of NERO software which used to get great several years ago.
Thank you for the feedback.I hate this version. I purchased this version for burning picture slide DVDs and burning music CDs. Well, for burning picture slide DVDs this version can be a ripoff. This version won't let you edit your pictures once youve lined them as much as burn them. Also, this part was what took the dessert for me. Adding transitions to my picture slide DVD forced me to be very upset since this version shows me a huge report on transitions only not to ever allow me to make use of them. I clicked one with the many transitions and it also displays a large message proclaiming that I don't possess the transition pack and automatically takes me to your page where I can buy Nero Classic 2015 that is what I have. As for burning music CDs, that task too is problematic. The choice for burning CDs the ones you'll be able to play on the regular DVD players, this Nero Classic version gives choices only if you would like to burn the CD as Jukebox version that could only play on your own computer rather than on traditional CD players. My boombox plays both traditional music files and MP3 files. So you see, Im very upset with Nero. And to top it, I analyzed how to contact them for help.
