I didnt include any custom, that which you have could be the stock file. I havent seen the big mistake before, perhaps try tweaking the settings in 3DSetup and find out if it yield improvements.
There is, just extract the Fedata/Movies and Gamedata/Music folder from the NFS5 disc for a installation directory for music and flicks to work.
ND4SPD, can there be any music file named in NFS5? Because within this fix there won't be songs and films.
Know if it error has almost anything to do with the custom file?

V3.5 Enhanced made some changes towards the replays. To quit with saving you should not use Esc, instead you need to use the quit button which can be found about the replay taskbar somewhere within the middle

I also copied over some edited sim files and saves from my pervious installation i became using once this game arrived XD. It had the 2008 mod, which proved helpful, but didnt solve the reduced res texture problem.

After i finish a race, we've no way of leaving the race review, thus struggling to progress in the action. If I select quit, my progress for winning the race will not be saved.
