Thanks for that great advice. However, I dont really use Office 2000 but recently I started getting this popup and I thought maybe Id better have the SR-1 update. Its annoying to cancel the popup each time it occurs, which happens often. I do use MS Word though.
This SR-1 does show up in Add/Remove Programs but is not any where else. The Repair within this Add/Remove tells me to insert the SR-1, which I dont appear to have. Searching shows nothing on SR-1.

Thank you to your reply. The problem is that I have Live Mail and lately when I attempt to open an attachment such like a pps I find the message to insert the Microsoft Office SR 1 premium disk. I don't possess the disk and do not have had it. So therefore I cant open the attachment. I can open jpegs and videos. I don't realize how to correct this and that is certainly why I posted my message. I guess I should have posted it in Live Mail Community but as the Microsoft Office SR 1 premium is apparently the problem that's why I posted it from the Microsoft Office Community.
