My harddrive recently crashed and I have experienced to reinstall all of my software including MS Office 2000. I have each of the updates, however when I try with it crashes in the event it tries to download the update. Guessing MS has moved the file or deleted it. Anybody learn how I can receive the updates with this? I exclusively use the programs once or twice a year, so have no curiosity about buying a newer version of Office.

I am trying to find office 2000 sr1a.
I am capable of download the file using this Url. But when I execute it, it didn't download core components. I even tried adminitrative updates but which also failed.
