Wдhrend Microsoft mit Office immer daran bestrebt ist der Lernkurve der Software flach zu halten setzt Open Office immer noch auf ein Benuzterinterface die in die 80er- 90-er Jahre aktuell war, mittlerweile aber wirklich ьberholt ist. Die zahllosen Funktionsriegel mit kryptische Ikonen ist einfach nicht mehr von dieser Zeit. Kompatibilitдt zu andere Office Suites von Open Office is gering. So werden PowerPoint Folien importiert aus MS Office verunstaltet mit Schriftgrцsse- und Farbverдnderungen, werden Animation gar nicht migriert und ist der Darstellung schlecht. Openoffice ist deutlich in die Jahren gekommen und hier zeigt sich auch genau den Nachteil von ein demokratischem Entwicklungs- und Design-Prozesses es ist дusserst Konzervativ und uninspiriert. Aber wenn man dann aus unverstдndlichen Grьnde kein Geld ausgeben mцchte fьr ein wichtiges Werkzeug wдhle von Anfang an eine aus дndere nie mehr im Leben und erwarte bei Austausch von Dateien mit andere Office Suites grosse Probleme. Die mit Frustrationen behafteten Kosteneinsparung loht sich mittlerweile nicht mehr fьr Privatpersonen.

OpenOffice kann Microsoft Office locker ersetzten, keine Frage - zumal bei Microsoft die letzten Aktualisierungen hinsichtlich der Benutzeroberflдche eher Verschlimmbesserungen waren. Dennoch halte ich OpenOffice fьr ein Auslaufmodell. Schaut euch mal LibreOffice an und Ihr werdet wie ich OpenOffice wieder deinstallieren. Die Entwickler von LibreOffice haben sich von denen von OpenOffice separiert und liefern einfach das bessere Produkt.

hatte die alte version und war zufrieden. habe die neue installiert, und beim oeffnen groesserer docsab 5 seiten permanetes ruckeln, scrollen unmoeglich, und stuerzt dann regelmaessig ab. kann auch nicht einzelne seiten aufrufen. klare vorteile bei

Ich finde das Programm Klasse, einfach ist einfach zu bedienen, es gibt eine groЯe Auswahl an Vorlagen, die man sich auch kostenlos herunterladen finde braucht den Vergleich mit nicht zu scheuen, in meinen Augen ist es sogar ist sicher, hat eine groЯe Auswahl, und wenn man bedenkt das es kostenlos ist, einfach Genial.He Vielen Dank ihr Hersteller.

OpenOffice braucht den Vergleich nicht zu scheuen! Fьr den Haus-/Privatgebrauch bzw. fьr Otto-Normalverbraucher bestens geeignet. Bei mir lдuft das Paket absolut problemfrei; daher kann ich es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin absolut zufrieden!

In der neuen aktuellen Version hat OpenOffice mдchtig zugelegt. Und fьr Otto-Normal-User, der nur gelegentlich etwas schreibt ist der Writer komplett ausreichend. Nur bzgl. den Icons ist MS Office mit der Ribbonleiste moderner. zumindest Office 2007/Office 12. Und natьrlich, wenn man in die Programmierung von Microsoft einsteigt VSTO fьhrt kein Weg an MS Office vorbei. Aber fьr den Haus-/Privatgebrauch? Die Hilfe in OpenOffice ist sehr ausfьhrlich und wie im LETZTEN Kapital hier unter Anleitung bzgl. den Handbьchern im PDF-Format hingewiesen lautet die Adresse: /de/doc/. Im Vergleich zu LibreOffice beruht letzteres lt. deren Homepage auf der Version 3.3.0 von OpenOffice. Ist laso nicht ganz so modern/aktuell/komfortabel.

und das nicht nur fьr den Hausgebrauch. Die teure Variante der Office von Microsoft ist auch nicht wirklich besser nur etwas anders und ich habe mit MS-Office viele Jahre beruflich im Controlling arbeiten mьssen und die meisten Extra-Funktionen werden von normalen Useren weder in der Open- noch in der MS-Office verwendet. Alle Dokumente lassen sich auch als PDF exportieren. Und wer ein Mailprogramm zur OpenOffice sucht ist mit Thunderbird mehr als gut bedient.
