Anyone over 40 should consider another product until Adobe contains the UI fixed. There are many complaints for their Forum within this topic, but Adobe will not seem to be enthusiastic about taking them seriously. I just wasted 100.

Be careful on this junk, downloaded this as being a trial, just bought a whole new PC a few weeks before Acer, OS 7, RAM 6 Gbts, 3.2 Intel duel-corestarted employing this junk, for starters tried to boost a pic from your restaurant taken with my Xperia Arc S mobile, not great in the evening, tried everything. no improvement using FastStone Image Viewer, every bit as good and free then my CPU starts spiking as well as the Elements window starts flashing, strange, then attempted to uninstall it couldnt believe it is in Programs and Features, not there, really strange, thought it was in Ace Utilities since it said the programs didnt exist, so uninstalled file by file, couldnt uninstall last 3 files, uninstalled in complete safety mode dont like doing that, stay clear of this garbage!!!!

Photoshop Elements 8, 9 and 10 all suffer from exactly the same major flaw. You can barely read the little fonts and pay attention to the printing and icons resistant to the black on grey background. This is especially true if you've a higher resolution monitor which most of us do now. I was so disappointed when I purchased this system because I expected a whole lot more from Adobe. They are suppose being the gold standard of photo editing. I was shocked when I opened this software and could barely put it to use. I have decent vision but I ought to strain to learn the UI printing. There is no method to adjust the font size or background color in a of these versions. Adobe forums are filled with complaints concerning this issue and I recommend NOT buying this device until it can be rectified.
Dont waste your hard earned dollars until Adobe provides a solution to adjust UI fonts and background color.

That was what I thought, used the trail version. I liked 9, even though it did not try everything well and was not by any means easy to understand some instructions a great deal of internet seeking better tutorials. Im not an expert, dont cause me to feel work so hard to know it, right? The features I used, simple cropping, adding text and a few corrections used clone a good deal, 9 was much easier and much easier to see the various tools! For the price, Ill wait to see if the next improved version is surely an improvement.
