I have tried about ten ways for getting out of recovery mode, and undertake and don't are successful. I have tried a restore about triple in itunes, which leaves ipod in recovery mode that has a 2003 error. Sucks

you should use 4.0 to create redsn0w recognize it. install several.02 for the phone, then indicate 4.0 in redsn0w.
