The software forgot second backup plan in just a week. Something within the drive prevents me from reinstalling the backup. I see people on this same problem from way back in 2007 also it isnt addressed. Have been struggling to get the problem with a representative for help.

Stores all duplicated items inside the same folder heirachy so is usually viewed/opened through the external drive, NAS drive, etc. to test they are there and/or correctly dated for files

I guess, just like software, you've to enjoy it but there are really no major cons - it really works very well!
I/we provide an issue together with the bad reviews because of it working so well. It is strange to see unhealthy ones as quite sure is simple to setup.
They have obviously had some frustrations along with it, to a very extent to always write a poor review, but it is really a shame they may not sort it!

Selling 250 copies doesn't qualify as almost any endorsement or review.
Using the merchandise the negative reviews here would be the kind of review most users not sellers would like to for advice.
This software is usually a piece of crap.
I will not see any pros in whole process almost.
Waste of their time. It won't synchronize with any folders and files automatically. Copying and pasting is faster than by using this backup software. I should not waste my cash on buying this external harddrive and this little bit of crap.
Nothing works needlessly to say. Better not to acquire an Seagate external disk drive that quite sure comes with.
Writing your file content out yourself is easier.
It is kinda pretty in a ugly kind of way.
It is useless generally in most respects, but one shines. It is useless at restoring files once you get a new computer, the tech support is definitely pointless, it lacks some fundamental functionality being a help system that really tells you anything, it crashes and, ohh I am sorry I said I was only planning to mention one and I will not have all night long.
It is really as useless as developing a single part of Toilet Paper. Wait, you are able to push your finger by using a single sheet and use it to wipe your finger clean afterwards.
