EDIT: Solution would have been to upgrade the OS from Win7 to Win10. Compatibility problems exist with Windows 7.
EDIT2: Actually Outlook continued to crash under Win10. I found themselves using a previous Outlook version. You cant uninstall just one single program in this suite, so its all or nothing. I would suggest purchasing cheaper Office 2016 version that isn't going to contain Outlook.

Paid 190 for starters license to download, and am not able to Download. Tried 3 different computers and 4 different browsers. The Microsoft website gives exactly the same message on all computers: We re sorry to the wait. The page has taken longer to load than expected. This is after quarter-hour of creating a Microsoft account, their verification email, and them collecting my email address contact info and personal data. They ask for the cell phone number, name and email - and send verification emails and texts - AFTER you've paid. The product description should report that collecting sensitive information is necessary to download. After a crazy Microsoft logon and verification process, you get for the Download screen along with an icon just keeps spinning, and also you read the message: We re sorry for that wait. Very disappointed by Outlook 2016. It turns out Outlook 2016 stop supporting iCloud CalDEV means no contacts and calendar syncing with iPhone. Now make an effort to go back to 2013 and it also turns out MS is forcing to upgrade to 2016. I started to adore MS as soon as the new CEO, but I think nothing has evolved.

Purchased Microsoft Office Home Business 2016 Windows 10 through Dell on the new computer. Ive had outright problems ever since then Ive only had my desktop for under a week. First off my system kept crashing. After hours around the phone with Dell support 2 support techs they decided that I necessary to reinstall the full software package again. Thankfully they did that personally while I was about the phone. After re-install - system crashed again - new support tech at Dell found out that since I was using my old monitor who's had a webcam inbuilt that it was crashing it. He installed the software to the webcam. At that time I also addressed with him my concerns around the font and exactly how strange Outlook 2016 looked. I was also not receiving my e-mails in. I have to close out Outlook every time for getting new e-mails in. Crazy. He finally determined that I was required to wait until Microsoft pushed out their Windows updates which would hopefully take care with the problem. So now to my 6th hour of calls over a few days. I called Microsoft directly. They ran a number of tests agreed via remote access that my Outlook font views looked very strange but they also couldnt do anything whatsoever about it. She asserted she agreed with Dell I would have to wait for that Windows updates hopefully that will fix the problems. The Excel, PowerPoint Word serve as they should in terms of I can tell via my limited usage. Im finding that Windows 10 just isn't compatible using a lot of websites and I often times have to leave Internet Explorer and get into Chrome do access information or print documents in the internet since they wont print from IE. Very frustrating and also a huge waste of my own time trying to dial during my desktop. Its not like Im trying to a single thing crazy here. Its for your home kitchen and some basic business tasks therefore it really shouldnt be this hard take up a lot time. Wish I could have stayed with Windows 7 Office 2010.

1. Search in Outlook is useless. I familiar with be competent to search with a portion from the name. Now I need the precise full listing name. Its extremely hard to search for my contacts now.
2. REALLY BAD BUG! Excel will not set as my default database put in Windows 7. When I open Excel, it says Excel will not be my default program for spreadsheets and get if I desire to set it to your default. When I say yes, it opens a window asking which extension.
