4.2 system dump has Korean IME. Pinyin and iWnnEmoji, too. I found Hindi IME added 4.3 very first time that.
weird, my Nexus 7 never had Korean IME. needed to download it from playstore.
Odd as my stock Nexus 7 together with the Google pushed 4.2.2 upgrade has got the Korean IME. I, as an English speaker do not need had a must download it separately.

We expect lots of bug fixes, like bluetooth, wakelocks, etc. Also, were hoping this 4.3 update would be the update that fixes each of the fuck ups that google did with android 4.2 performance. Ask any galaxy nexus owner which version of android was the fastest and much more stable and Im sure they're going to answer android 4.1
