As of NOW my less over a 1 year old computer has 44 virusmalwares removed. What Antivirus protection am I using NORTON. They said they can TRY to clear out it for me personally, but when they cannot, it is going to cost me ONLY 99.99 for experts to get rid of it. When I asked WHY I am paying them for virus protection, only to obtain virus, I was told in broken English. I am paying for any product AND if I need to cancel Norton thats OK, given that they have plenty of customers!!!Frustrated just isn't even all-around how I feel at this time!

I have purchased a norton 360 version 2.0 with a local store. When I attempted to installed this system saids that I must take away the previous version.
