Ive been using Print Shop for a number of found it all to easy to now with Encore Print Shop 3.5, it genuinely sucks in terms of Im concerned!! The startup is totally new. I really havent found another thing I like about this system!! For example, to perform a headline on any doc, one use to only type within the words and it also was one has to discover this stupid little box up inside the top in the screen and type inside m sure there are plenty of other examples I could cite. I purchased the program about an hour ago thinking it may be like Print Shop 23. Boy, just what a bad mistake. It is hard make use of, there isn't a help category, graphics lack, Cant apparently import items from my old Print Shop Files. The only reason I upgraded for this version was that my older version was not works with Windows 8.

I find the offer confusing to work with. I have used The Print Shop for many a few years have always enjoyed it. But this is so different. I will apply it as my The Print Shop 23 won't work in Windows 8.1, this blog does, but I do look for a few glitches within it. I make all of my cards to see relatives and friends about it. It isnt bad, just changed a whole lot from Print Shop 23.

Broderbund once was an awesome company BUT they've already definitely gone along the toilet!!! Program will NOT load AND there is NO customer satisfaction-NONE! They present you with a phone number and yes it warns you there is often a 30 minute wait, it can be more like 45 minutes, then your reps are far too lazy to assist, say I will email an update and hang up! The update rule isn't followed, you're faced with another long wait for one more lazy, incompetent jerk that is certainly rude while offering nothing and refuses to provide you with a refund! I have bought Broderbund products the past 15 years, it's changed to the worst! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY LOSING MONEY, AND DEALING WITH UNLESS JERKS ON THE PHONE!! WOW! I AM IN DISBELIEF!

I was disappointed in this system. I bought it due to oversize printing ability, but some other features positioned on earlier versions are certainly not improved and are not available. The open project menu supplies a choice to load projects expressed by earlier versions, not. I has not been able to spread out any of my projects manufactured by PrintShop 23.1. To add another headache I am not competent to print my projects. It does not even provide you with an error message, it shuts down this program.

Frustrated by Print Shop 23s problems under Windows 7, I ordered The Print Shop Deluxe 3.0 direct from Broderbund. The redesign work is wonderful; it acts being a Windows 7 native. Except for just a few things:
In windows 7 64-bit, it crashes about three to four times every hour. Even something as simple as start a different project yourself can help it become crash. I never did bring even one project to completion before losing it in a very crash.
In Windows 7 32-bit, it won't instead it offers a spurious beyond memory error message about 3 to 4 times hourly, and complete the operation. This is on the 4 GB machine broke and alone else running, and simply one project open!
If you make use of a type dimensions of 125% or larger in Windows 7, you may not be able to discover or visit the entire Print Shop screen. Ive used print shop programs for many years. So when we got a fresh computer, I made a decision to upgrade to the modern. I didnt read reviews b/c I like their items. I havent even finished my first project b/c you cant copy and paste things as well as just hard to work with in general. I havent heard something from tech support or support services. I was hoping theyd just let me utilize the next older version but I havent have been told by them. Very frustrating!

I suggest that should you not have a a lot of open patience, waiting until many is debugged. It is totally dysfunctional. I purchased it within the release date of Aug 23 and possess been can not print anything from it. It crashes, locks up, and will not likely print. Giving it a print command closes this course and it wont start properly again and not using a system reboot. Broderbund/Encore produced severe mistake by releasing quite sure in such a poor state. They say theyre working away at I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for your cure!

It is very difficult to review something you cant do anything with. Im running windows7 with 64bit and achieving about the same difficulties as all from the other reviewers. I downloaded this device directly convinced that I couldnt go wrong for your price-wrong! It doesnt appear to matter what I simply click because it crashes anytime. One time I managed to open up a blank project and also managed to import one file picture involved with it but that's it! As soon as I attempt to import any graphic images, all I could find yourself getting was a server error. I was unable to open up any headline text, so I attempted to enter plain ol text and after that I couldnt edit it in almost any way. After reading alternative reviews, I havent even attemptedto contact customer support. Maybe theyll eventually provide updates/fixes, but I wont hold my breath and I certainly wont be purchasing any Print Shop software inside the future. Shame, because there was obviously a day once this company produced some very nice software, if I can keep my XP going about the other computer, Ill keep using the earlier reliable stuff.

Like additional people who reviewed this device it keeps crashing. And crashing. And crashing. I didnt buy it from this level. Instead I bought it through the company itself being a download and also have asked for the letter of destruction. Twice. So However, Im here to critique the product and never the manufacturers LOUSY customer satisfaction, arent I?
They attempted to make it seem like Office 2007/2010. It does however it wont stop crashing. I tried it on the 2 week old machine with an 8 month old machine. Both run Windows 7 premium home, 64 bit. Both handle other creation software without an issue. When it didnt crash just once I did build a project. There became a slight problem: it only saved PART of my project. That was rather irritating.
I also dont attend to their search methods. It isnt specific enough.
As my title says I keep wondering who their developers are. I wrote an assessment on another product which also had issues. Its almost as whenever they dont beta test their software enough or maybe ignore feedback.
If I had the funds, ability, back-up and resources Id create my personal product and shut their business down because rather then getting better, theyre getting worse.
