Not very I have a very very common DVDR Drive they still dont support, I wouldnt complain if I owned the express copy, but I own the Pro package as well as the support is lousy! a great number of a call to learn that I have to update for their new software after I had just purchased an upgrade then they still cant say they determine they support a Pioneer A107 DVDR!? 150 and also a year for support I dont think so.

If you are not already a person, Retrospect for Mac is just not a product you would like to buy into. The interface hasnt been substantially updated in more than a decade. In this decade Dantz EMC has charged its users some times for upgrades which will be free updates as all which was added was the opportunity to actually help the current computer.
The interface is obtuse and backwards. For example, within a slap inside the face to a person with usability experience, Retrospect demands, in the modal dialog, that an individual approves and affirms the need to back.
