I bought this item impulsively to fix my sons iPad mini. I was aware in the underwhelming reviews. The product works perfectly. My wife and I successfully replaced the screen in approximately one hour. It has worked flawlessly since. Educate yourself on the best way to do it on youtube. I would recommend by using a blow dryer rather than the usual heat gun. We used a heat gun thinking the adhesive probably needed lots of energy to discharge. This isn't the case, with simply a few seconds of heat, we were competent to pry the glass off. In hindsight, slower heating could be safer. We did overheat the superior corner on the iPad causing some damage on the LCD. A very small section with the screen is foggy caused by over heating. Although not perfect, the injury is not a difficulty and has not due using this type of product.
This product is included with a pre-connected cable which can be very important. Some models on offer are : not pre connected, dont waste your efforts with those. This product also offers adhesive strips already attached that work well amazingly well.

I bought this to restore the glass screen for my 4 year old nephew. I must say that is really good. It was included with pre installed adhesive. note. You might want to put in a little bit more adhesive on the top near to the camera thus it sticks flush. Im actually using ScreenHunter version 4.0 through the year 2003. I never updated. It works on Windows 7 64-bit. Its dimension is 381 KB, not really 1 megabyte.

Ive been owning a free version of Screenhunter 4 for several years it may be handy trouble-free. I wished to see should the later version gave sharper manipulatable scrren prints. It didnt. Dont bother, not definitely worth the hassle
I had this attached to my computer years back, plus it works well. However, attemptedto reinstall it a couple weeks ago and yes it has MALWARE.
Installs something called Link Looker along with the conduit toolbar. Resets your browsers home pages and redirects your search on the conduit search. Eventually managed to obtain them off my system so I hope that was the one thing about it.
