You need to: select bin right-select minecraft to see open with then click in winRAR archiver then clic on the shape shifter mod then drag allfiles to minecraft includin mobs and net and not the folder named. then X all in that case your done. Enjoy!!!
I have downloaded the mod and set the zip inside my mod folder however when i carry on minecraft it doesn t appear.
Ok everyone who puts in mods folder, that doesn t work. Open file, there's a and a folder saying put in open the folder, highlight and copy the files into i really hope it helps which is my theory since i run this mod with magiclauncher.

There so many mods and skins that alter the models of different mobs. Surely, that produces the game more exciting! Sadly, that doesn t get lucky and your character model in the overall game. It s always a similar-looking model. Not in the event you have this mod! It s the Shape-Shifter Mod! What this mod does can it be will enable you to reprogram your character model into the types of other mobs.
The cool thing is, this mod will even changeyour perspective in the experience. For example, should your model changes to a wolf, you ll view your world within a wolf s perspective. If you don t just like the skins, don t worry and easily change them images come in mob/shapeShift/in.
Press U factor to select the mob you would like to be! If you want more cool stuffs, press G. Pressing the key will allow to make aspecial effect depending within the mob you've selected.
By changing into some on the mobs models, hostile mobs do not become hostile. It can be very beneficial if you would like to avoid conflicts with mobs you don t like. Install the mod so you ll see the greatness and excitement of the mod. For more information, look at the installation text as part of the zip file.

The Shape Shifter Z mod means that you can change into any mob, play because mods. You can develop into all mobs in minecraft by crafting a purple bone and right clicking. Checkout an original mod thread for crafting instructions.
The 1.6 installers makes use of the new minecraft launcher. If you have not used the revolutionary launcher yet, be sure to run the installer car should be done. Log into minecraft and load the modern version/release. Then run installer and install the mod.
If you have now a modded profile/version, you could have the installer set it up to that version. If you let it rest set to Default next the installer could keep the default structure for installs and definately will only develop a modded profile if one isn't present. See Default Mod Profile below to the version of minecraft where this mod will install.
The installers will install all mods that utilize the same profile in to the same mods folder/jar.

Download the zip version with the installer, extract the folder from zip to desktop then run installer from extracted folder or simply place the extracted folder on desktop. The zip version from the installer isn't flagged, undecided why the exe versions do because they are the identical thing.

Go to and download the Forge installer version 9.10.0.789 run it and install then run your game and yes it should work fine.
